Smart City Expo LATAM 2026

The NFI will be part of the Smart City LATAM Congress, a key platform for urban innovation across Latin America. This engagement highlights the Institute’s dedication to improving quality of life in cities through cutting-edge digital tools and research, with a particular focus on Mexico City as one of its pilot cities.

At the core of the NFI’s mission is the application of data-driven methodologies to transform urban living. Through the Centre for City Science, the NFI will be working closely with Mexico City to monitor and analyse urban dynamics, addressing challenges such as mobility, environmental quality and social inclusion. During the Smart City LATAM Congress, the NFI will showcase its latest research and digital tools to a regional audience of policymakers, innovators and technologists, demonstrating how digital innovation can shape the future of smart, sustainable cities across Latin America.
